AI Crawler and Schema Checker

Enter a page and see which search and AI crawlers can fetch it, whether it can be indexed and what structured data it carries.

Open the ai crawler and schema checker

What you need
Nothing but the address of a public page on your site.
How it works
Fetches the page, robots.txt and site files the way a crawler would, before any JavaScript runs, then reports each finding in plain English with what to fix. Search crawlers and training crawlers are reported separately.
What it is not
Checks one page, from a server outside Australia. Allowed in robots.txt does not prove a firewall lets the real crawler through.

Call Loss Calculator

Estimate the revenue associated with missed calls and enquiries that do not book, using your own inputs.

Open the call loss calculator

What you need
Five figures you know or can estimate: enquiry calls a week, the share you cannot answer, the share of answered calls that never book, your average job value and your usual close rate.
How it works
A missed call is counted only at the close rate you entered, never at full value. Answered calls that never book are weighted at half, because some of those callers were never going to buy. The recoverable figure sits below what a missed-call text-back and a short follow-up sequence usually return.
What it is not
An illustrative estimate, not a measurement of lost revenue or a promise of recovery.

Findability Checklist

Work through six checks covering Google, Bing, your brand name and AI answers.

Open the findability checklist

What you need
Access to your own Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools properties for the first two checks, and an AI assistant with web search turned on for the fourth.
How it works
Each check produces an observation you can date and repeat: whether a page is indexed, what a brand search returns, whether an assistant names you and which sources it cites. The last check turns what you found into one action and a way to confirm it worked.
What it is not
Tracks completed tasks. It does not crawl your website or calculate an SEO score.

Which one first

Pick the one that matches the problem you can see.

If enquiries are arriving and not turning into bookings, start with the call loss calculator. It puts a number on the part of the problem that happens after someone has already found you.

If you are not sure whether customers can find you at all, start with the findability checklist. It shows whether search engines have your pages and whether AI assistants name you when someone asks the buying question.

Both are the self-serve version of work the Findability Audit does in depth, with the evidence recorded and the fixes put in order.

Not sure where to start?

Book a fifteen minute call. If it is not the right thing, you hear that on the call, before you pay.
