What each guide covers

Four things, for one industry at a time.

  1. Where customers look.

The places a customer in that industry checks before they get in touch: the map, a search result, an AI answer, and the booking page at the end of it.

  2. The demand data.

Google Trends interest for the industry's search terms, each scored against one anchor term so the figures compare. These are relative indices, not search counts.

  3. What goes wrong.

The gaps that tend to cost the enquiry in that industry, whether before the customer finds you or after they call.

  4. The rules that apply.

Where advertising or claims are regulated, which kinds of claim need evidence and review, flagged for a qualified adviser rather than advised on.

A guide is published only once there is demand data for that industry to base it on. For an industry not listed here, the Findability Audit runs the same analysis on your category.
